While Shopify Summit drew 10,000 guests from around the world, this developer-focused track was designed to honour, celebrate and uplift the developer community. I stepped in as a key onsite execution lead rather than part of the initial planning team, driving physical delivery across the Beanfield Centre for a high-intensity single day. My role supported seamless delivery of main-stage moments and technical breakout rooms.
Mastering Print & Venue Signage
In a high-capacity venue like the Beanfield Centre, intuitive signage is essential for guiding thousands of attendees through complex spaces. I took ownership of print production, quality control and installation, from environmental branding and wayfinding to custom interactive installations such as the mini-putt course. Every physical touchpoint supported the attendee journey through to the evening cocktail reception and Shopify race car display.
